We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and manage your property bookings through Hostaway.
  • Communicate with you regarding your stay, including automated check-in instructions.
  • Send marketing and promotional materials via HighLevel (with your consent).
  • Improve our website performance and user experience.
  • Prevent fraudulent bookings and ensure the security of our properties.

4. SMS Disclosure & Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from The Hideaways for transactional purposes (e.g., booking confirmations) and marketing purposes. Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP."
